Originally Mr. Randy Chambliss comes from an engineering and sales background prior to working with Citi Group’s financial service company, Movement Mortgage, Geneva Financial, and Chambliss Mortgage Capital. He has been developing residential properties since 2006 and has been a licensed mortgage loan originator since 2008. He is a Managing Partner of a real estate investment firm that acquires, owns, and manages residential properties.

Mr. Chambliss has served as a Managing Principle for Chambliss Mortgage Capital (CMC) since its conception with a focus on finding & deploying capital, training, consulting, coaching, real estate acquisition, and asset management. Mr. Chambliss has a comprehensive background in all aspects of capital management, asset protection, project management, along with residential and commercial mortgage lending.

For over 20 years starting from his first financial service company, Mr. Chambliss has been teaching commonsense personal growth, financial and real estate success principles that works every time when applied. The expertise he brings is often more valuable than the capital he provides.
